Milwaukee season underway

Lawn bowlers in Milwaukee and northern Illinois have been eager for the bowls season to get underway. Chief groundskeeper, Bob Schneider seen in photo at left, announces the greens came through the winter well and are in great condition for bowling.An Open House at the green is scheduled for May 14-15 to introduce people to the game of lawn bowls. This tournament pairs newer and more seasoned bowlers in a friendly competition.  An entry form can be found here.
