2024 Central Division Pairs Playdown Results

The Central Division's annual pairs playdowns took place on June 22nd and 23rd, determining the representatives for the upcoming National Championships in Milwaukee this September.

In the men's event, six teams competed in a closely contested tournament. The final match saw Rob Behnke and Aaron Zangl facing off against Max and Jim Cavender. Despite a strong performance from the Cavenders, Behnke and Zangl maintained their impressive form throughout the weekend, ultimately securing the victory and their spot in the national event.

The women's competition was equally thrilling. Rebecca Nguyen and Anna Witt emerged victorious after a hard-fought battle against Barb Blaney and her partner. This win earned Nguyen and Witt the right to represent the Central Division at the National Championships.

Both winning pairs will now prepare to showcase their skills on the national stage in Milwaukee this September.
